Almanac and School Communication : Every student must carry the School Almanac to school every day. Parents and students are required to read and follow the instructions and notices issued through the Almanac, school website, or other official communication channels.
Attendance, Punctuality and Assembly : Students must report to school on time & attend the morning assembly regularly. Regular attendance is essential for academic progress. Students must maintain the minimum attendance required by the school and educational authorities to be eligible for examinations & promotion. Latecomers without a genuine reason & written note from parents may be dealt with strictly.
Leave, Absence and Medical Cases : Absence due to illness must be supported by a written application from the parent or guardian and a medical certificate if required. Students suffering from contagious diseases should not attend school until they are medically fit. Applications for leave or permission to take the student out during school hours must be submitted through the relevant pages provided in the Almanac.
Exit from School during Working Hours : Students are not permitted to leave the school premises during school hours. Parents wishing to take their child during school hours must obtain an Out Pass from the school office after proper verification. Students will be released only to their parents or authorized guardians recorded in the school records.
Uniform and Identity Card : Wearing the prescribed school uniform & Identity Card is compulsory during school hours & for all school functions. Students must come to school in proper uniform even if they visit the campus for any school related purpose. Alteration or modification of the school uniform in any form is strictly prohibited.
Identity Card Requirement : Students must wear their Identity Card whenever they enter the school campus, even during holidays, non working days, examinations or practice sessions. Loss of the Identity Card must be reported immediately and a duplicate card will be issued upon payment of the prescribed charges.
Personal Conduct and Discipline : Students must maintain discipline, respect and good behaviour at all times within the school premises. Any act of indiscipline, insubordination or repeated violation of school rules may invite disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion from the school. Silence and discipline must be maintained in classrooms, corridors, library and other areas of the school campus.
Anti-Bullying and Respectful Behaviour : Bullying, harassment, intimidation, abusive language, discrimination or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited. Students found involved in such activities may face strict disciplinary action including suspension or rustication from the school depending on the seriousness of the offence.
Social Media and Digital Conduct : Students are strictly prohibited from misusing social media in a manner that affects their studies, school discipline or the reputation of the school, teachers or fellow students. Students must not record, circulate or publish photographs, videos or school related content without permission. Any misuse of social media including cyberbullying, abusive language, defamation or misuse of the school name may invite disciplinary action as per school policy and government guidelines.
Prohibited Articles : Students are advised not to bring valuable articles, electronic gadgets, mobile phones or non academic materials to school unless specifically permitted. The school will not be responsible for the loss or damage of money or personal belongings brought by students.
Care of School Property : Students must handle school property, furniture, equipment & learning resources with care. Any student found responsible for damaging school property or indulging in vandalism will be required to compensate for the damage & may face disciplinary action including suspension from the school.
Examination Discipline : Students must follow all examination rules and instructions issued by the school. If a student remains absent during any scheduled examination for any reason, no re test shall ordinarily be conducted. Any student found using unfair means or violating examination norms will face disciplinary action which may include cancellation of the examination paper or other suitable action as decided by the school authorities.
Language and Communication : Students are encouraged to communicate in English within the classroom and school premises to improve fluency and confidence.
Personal Grooming and Appearance : Students must maintain personal cleanliness and proper grooming. Boys must keep short and neatly trimmed hair and girls with long hair must tie their hair neatly. Wearing inappropriate clothing styles or accessories not permitted by the school is strictly prohibited.
Health and Medical Emergencies : If a student becomes ill or injured during school hours, the school may provide basic first aid. Parents will be informed immediately and it will be the responsibility of the parents to collect the child from the school and arrange further medical care if required.
Environment and Cleanliness : Students must maintain cleanliness in the school premises and contribute to keeping the campus clean and environmentally friendly. The use of plastic bags or polybags within the school premises is discouraged.
School Transport Facility : The school transport facility is outsourced to an authorized transport vendor. The responsibility for operation, safety and maintenance of the transport service lies primarily with the transport vendor as per the agreement between the parents and the transport provider. The school acts only as a facilitator and shall be indemnified against liabilities arising from transport related incidents.
Students Using Private Transport or Walking : Students leaving school by walking, bicycle or private transport other than school transport must submit a written undertaking from their parents. Parents shall bear full responsibility for the safety and transport arrangements of their child once the student exits the school premises.
Parent Conduct and Cooperation : Parents are expected to cooperate with the school authorities in maintaining discipline, punctuality and academic progress of their wards. All concerns should be addressed respectfully through proper channels such as the class teacher, school office or by prior appointment with the school authorities.
Parent Decorum and Dress Code : Parents and visitors entering the school premises must maintain proper behaviour and follow a decent dress code appropriate for an educational institution. The school reserves the right to restrict entry to visitors whose conduct or appearance is considered inappropriate.
Entry of Parents and Visitors : Parents are requested not to enter classrooms during school hours except on designated open days or with prior permission from the school authorities. Visitors will be permitted entry only after proper identification and authorization from the school office.
Fee Payment and Records : School fees must be paid within the prescribed schedule through approved modes of payment. Parents are responsible for verifying any outstanding fees from the school office, obtaining official receipts, preserving them carefully and producing them whenever required. Parents must also share payment details with the school office through email or official communication. The school shall not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to parents’ unawareness of pending fees.
Field Trips, Educational Visits and Competitions : The school may organize educational field trips, visits, and outings for students with the objective of enhancing experiential learning. Participation in such activities will require prior permission from parents. In case any expenditure is involved beyond the usual provisions of the school, the same shall be borne by the parents. The school also provides opportunities for students to participate in in-house as well as external competitions. Selection for external competitions shall be based on merit and will be decided by the concerned teachers. However, in internal school competitions, efforts will be made to provide participation opportunities to all students.
Authority of the School : The school reserves the right to modify, amend or introduce rules and regulations whenever necessary in the interest of discipline, safety and smooth functioning of the institution. All students and parents are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the school at all times.
Withdrawal Policy : Any parent/guardian wishing to withdraw their child from the school must submit a written application for a Transfer Certificate (TC) at the school office. The date of submission of the application will be considered as the official date of withdrawal. The last date for withdrawal without additional financial liability is the last working day of the respective academic year. Any application submitted after this date will be treated as a late withdrawal, and the student will be considered as continuing in the new academic year. In cases of late withdrawal, fees will be applicable from the first day of the new academic year as per the school’s fee structure. Fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, considering the monthly tuition fee in proportion to the total annual fee, until the date of application. Parents/guardians must clear all outstanding dues before the Transfer Certificate can be processed. The school will take a minimum of 15 working days to issue the TC after submission of the application and settlement of all dues.
Transfer Certificate: Parents/guardians are advised to carefully verify all details mentioned in the Transfer Certificate at the time of issuance/collection. No requests for corrections or changes will be entertained thereafter under any circumstances. No duplicate Transfer Certificate will be issued under any circumstances, except in genuine cases supported by valid reasons. Such requests must comply with applicable government rules and legal provisions governing the issuance of duplicate certificates and will be processed only after due verification and approval by the school authorities.

- It is compulsory for the students to complete 75% of the attendance in a year to make them eligible for appearance in the final exam.
- A student suffering from an infectious/contagious disease will not be permitted to attend the school till a doctor’s certificate is produced, permitting him to do so.
- No student who has been absent will be admitted to the class till a leave letter duly signed by the parents/ rector is given to the class teacher.
- A student who has been absent for more than five consecutive days, will get his/her leave sanctioned from the Principal.
School Visits

- The Principal will be available to meet all visitors from 1:00 pm to 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
- Parents are allowed to meet Teachers only on 1st & 3rd Saturday during the school hours.
- Parents will take care that the children will rejoin the school soon after the holidays or vacation on the very first day of the reopening of the school.
Removal

- The Principal reserves the right to remove the pupil at any time and without any reconsideration or appeal for either low academic performance or for any misconduct of a child.
- The school arranges educational visits, excursions and other outings swimming sports and several other activities. All the possible care and precaution will be taken. Besides all this care to ensure the safety and well being of your child, the school does not accept any liability in case of unforeseen accidents.
